The breakfast was great and it was different everyday. The location was great in Karong. The pool was fantastic.

Everything was excellent and the food was fresh and cooked on the spot.The fruit was great, and the rest of the buffet was also very good.The bed was huge, the windows were soundproof, and the room was cleaned very thoroughly.The staff at the reception were very kind and helped us a lot.

The pool bar was closed.I would have happily had a few drinks if it had been open.I don't think the property has any negative aspects to complain about.

Spacious rooms, 24 hour reception. Safe in room worked. Quiet hotel.

Location is on a hill, not much around. If you have walking difficulties i wouldn’t recommend .

Best value for the price point. It is a older hotel but well kept, long and nice pool to swim, shuttle service to the beach makes up for the location a lil bit far from the beach. Breakfast was just okay, russian style since most visitors were russians.

It is an older hotel so the facilities are outdated but for the price point no complaints.

When we arrived, we thought, wow! A nice big reception area. Nice big bedroom with view of sea. Great gym

Hotel lacked personalty. Starting to look tired.The corridors were bleak with no pictures or furniture. There is no lounge area to sit in. The swim up bar had very limited drinks,no vodka or gin! Although plenty of chairs around pool not enough sun umbrellas. The location was a bit of a walk along busy road with no pavement to bars,restaurants, and beach. Breakfast was OK,not very vegetarian friendly.

Decent WiFi strength

Shabby, not clean, especially towels, crockery, kitchen equipment. This place is beyond refurbishment, needs knocking down and rebuilding. Laughable that this is rated 4 star..Not cheap...so hard to understand pricing based on low level service and facilities of this tired property. Seems to be very popular with Russian guests!

The staff is very kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and changes daily. The variety of dishes is also great. The pool area is also very nice. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

We travelled all of Thailand this hotel was our last stop the staff are not that friendly and have very little English to help. I paid before arrival and they tried to charge me again at check in ( which is ok mistakes happen) they also did the say to my friend but she did not realise they had already took money from her card. When she realised we had already left so she rang them to sort it out they did not help at all she sent an email and still has got no reply so be very careful if you book in here they will try charge you again at check in The pool was absolutely freezing also

The breakfast, the staff is very cooperative and friendly , each and everything was clean, very comfortable rooms.

The beach ?️ is little wide from Sea View Hotel.

Breakfast was generally fine and the facility was clean. The staff was very friendly. Free transfer to the beach each half an hour and sometimes even more.

Tea bags inside the pot for brewed tea. Coffee is bad. The shower needs some kind of renovation, plumbing is not of high quality

The bedrooms that we stayed in ‘Seaview Room’ was absolutely stunning. We were located on the 5th floor, the views were amazing!!!! The rooms had the most ginormous and comfortable bed. With an open view bathroom, with a big bath. The room is what made the trip for us. The pool was great too.

My only critique about this hotel is the restaurant. The lady working the evenings was so rude! We walked into the restaurant and smiled and asked for table for two - she gave us the most dirtiest look (I am not sure it is because they was near to closing). She walked over sliding her feet, walking slowly, no smiles again when taking the order. It is a shame because the food was good, if the waitress was not so unwelcoming we would have ate there again, but decided not to because of her.

There was nothing special about this hotel but £115 for 5 nights it’s not bad if your on a budget but wouldn’t stay here again

Like most of Thailand very funny smell to the place. We got told on the 4/5 nights that it in a Russian shareholder hotel (like many in Phuket) which is slightly uncomfortable when your the only brits there lol, whole experience was underwhelming though.
